Nutrition Counseling

In today’s society, nutrition is often overlooked. Meals and snacks are usually consumed for quick satisfaction or enjoyment, without much thought about their impact on the body. However, proper nutrition plays a crucial role. For muscle building, fat loss, disease prevention and treatment (such as diabetes or cardiovascular issues), or simply for enhancing physical fitness and overall well-being.

So, ask yourself the following questions:


  • What did your nutrition look like today?

  • Did you eat mindfully, or were you distracted?

  • Did you truly enjoy your meal, noticing its taste and texture?

  • What influenced your food choices—personal goals, priorities, or external factors?

  • Did you share your meal on social media? Was your choice based on what others might think, or did you follow your own preferences?

The answers to these questions are key to an individually optimized diet. Unfortunately, many myths and misconceptions about healthy eating persist. Diets like no-carb, paleo, or intermittent fasting may lead to short-term success, but they often result in frustration and the dreaded yo-yo effect. In many cases, restrictive diets do more harm than good in the long run, rather than providing sustainable benefits.
