Through my education, I have acquired comprehensive knowledge across various fields. Combined with my practical experience as a physiotherapist, numerous internships, and years of exchange with my patients and clients, I have developed a specialized training and therapy concept that is tailored to the individual needs of each person. My philosophy is based on a holistic approach that relies on the three essential pillars of a healthy and long life: movement, nutrition, and sleep.
