Physiotherapy
When stress from work and personal life becomes overwhelming and starts causing health issues, people often tend to ignore the warning signs. Lack of time or underestimating one’s own well-being are common reasons, yet this only makes an already demanding daily routine even harder to manage. I understand the balancing act that many people face every day and how frustrating it can be to feel like your body is not performing at its best.
If you’re looking for an experienced physiotherapist to support you in treating physical discomfort, I am here to help. My goal is to improve your well-being sustainably and help you regain a pain-free, mobile, and high-performing body—because your health deserves top priority.
Physiotherapy is targeted work through movement, combining both active therapy exercises and passive manual techniques. The goal is to help people achieve and maintain their best possible quality of life. Physiotherapy focuses on prevention, treatment, and the reduction of dysfunctions, as well as restoring physical performance.
I offer individualized and holistic guidance on your path to greater mobility, pain relief, and well-being. Let’s work together to improve your health in the long run.

Please bring the following to your first therapy session:
-
Approved referral from your doctor
-
Existing medical reports (e.g., doctor's letter, X-ray, MRI, etc.)
-
Comfortable clothing or sportswear
Cost Reimbursement
With a prescription from your specialist or general practitioner, a portion of the costs will be reimbursed by your health insurance provider. The amount of reimbursement depends on your specific insurance provider and the type of treatment received. Remaining costs may be covered by supplementary or accident insurance where applicable.
